A substantial portion of the training that I perform with my clients involves pre-habilitative and corrective training.

This training is meant to address and mitigate chronic pain, strength deficits, flexibility/mobility imbalances and shortcomings.
Using soft tissue manipulation, myo-fascial release, stretching, mobility drills and corrective strength training, I am able to meaningfully diminish or eliminate pains and physical difficulties.
