Seattle Personal Trainer - Kyle Dunham

During our training sessions I will demonstrate proper technique, and offer you set-by-set, rep-by-rep guidance to help you master each exercise. In addition to helping you maximize each motion, I will help you to respond to any challenges that you may encounter during your routine. In our sessions, I will help you to maintain your personalized exercise journal, discuss your dietary habits, and regularly track your progress using weight, performance and aesthetic cues.
